Trusts have formed an important part of English Law as far back as the 13th Century. They are many and varied and consequently the law of Trusts may be complex. Despite their complexity, Trusts can prove enormously useful if properly employed.
At last some good news from the Treasury concerning inheritance tax. However, despite the press headlines, the changes announced by the chancellor, Mr Darling, are more about the operation of the allowances than increasing them.
