Fiona has specialised in Wills, Probate, Trusts, Tax, Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection, from the outset of her legal career. Later other subjects such as Preserving Assets from the impact of Residential Care Fees and Residential Care procedures, Welfare Benefits were also taken up. This led Fiona into areas of Law most of interest to the older generation. Following the introduction of income tax self assessment by the Inland Revenue Fiona moved into tax calculations and advice.
